Shipping & Returns.


Shipping:

  • Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $999 CAD in 3-7 working days (from order date). $30 shipping for orders under $999 CAD.

  • US: $40 shipping on all orders over $999 CAD in 3-7 working days (from order date). $100 shipping for orders under $999 CAD.

  • International: For orders outside of Canada and the US, please contact us to find out prices and delivery timeframes.

  • Loloi rugs: Free shipping to Canada and the US on all Loloi orders - please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of in-stock items.

    US and International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of Canada. Please note these charges are payable by the customer and we don’t currently cover this cost.  we are not responsible for any applicable tax/duty and import fees on non-Loloi products.

Returns:

  • We hope you love your Kasra Rugs purchase but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to register your return.

  • A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a promotional code once we receive your returned order.

  • All returned rugs must be in their original condition.

  • Unfortunately at this time we don’t offer free returns and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their order. The original cost of shipping will also be deducted from the amount of store credit that is issued.

  • Loloi products are final sales and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

  • All custom rug orders are final sale,
